Three Roots Harvest is a first-generation, family-run farming venture, built on passion, purpose, and a deep connection to the land we now call ours.

Our journey is grounded in a unique blend of expertise — combining a background in renewable energy with a professional career in food science. This allows us to approach farming with both environmental responsibility and a deep understanding of what makes food truly exceptional.

We are beginning with carefully selected crops — Music hardneck garlic and vibrant bell peppers — with plans to expand thoughtfully over time.
